You will find Athenree Waterside Accommodation at 33A Waione Ave, Athenree. Travelling south from Auckland you will connect to SH2 (Tauranga), travel through Waihi and turn left to Waihi Beach, after 9 km turn right at the round about, pass through Waihi Beach village and turn right at the next round about (Emerton Rd), bear left into Steele Rd and the next left is Athenree Road. Follow Athenree Rd to the harbourside and the Athenree Holiday Park. You are now on Waione Ave, adjacent to the Holiday Park are public toilets. Immediately next to the toilets is a right of way marked by a collection of letter boxes. Proceed down the concrete right of way and you will see the sign 33A and a red arrow. The second house down on the left is Athenree Waterside Accommodation. Your entrance is at the front of the house. Please contact Joy or Andy at the front door up the short flight of stairs. If you are travelling North from Tauranga, proceed through Katikati and turn right at the Waihi Beach corner. The next road right is Athenree Road. From North you can also bypass Waihi Beach and keep travelling on SH2 towards Tauranga and turn left to Athenree after you travel through the Athenree Gorge.
